Hot Melt Glue Machine

Application: 

Mainly used for bonding and forming of pearl cotton, EVA, cardboard, sponge and other materials.

Feature:

1. The speed and thickness of gluing are adjustable, and the gluing is even;

2. The whole machine is cast in all aluminum, and the glue is melted for about 5 minutes, saving energy and electricity;

3. The glue groove does not leak and has a service life of up to 20 years;

4. The temperature control is precise, and the Teflon layer is sprayed on the glue groove and the surrounding shield;

5. It is easy to assemble and disassemble the upper press roller, suitable for various production;

6. The whole machine is equipped with the over temperature and multi-click protection devices;
